Brief Bio: I offer structured, evidence-based support while staying flexible to your unique needs. I’m passionate about working with individuals who are queer, those with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or traits of BPD, as well as those experiencing emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and those at the intersection of these identities and challenges. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support individuals in balancing acceptance and change to create a life worth living with an explicit awareness and open examination of the oppressive systems that hinder this, particularly for those with marginalized identities. I deeply value insight through lived experience, and am, myself, queer and was trained in DBT following my experience in DBT as a client.
